You know, everyone always says “This year, I’m going to lose _____ pounds” and count that as their New Year’s Resolution to themselves. Well many say it, but few are able to complete the goal because one of two things get in the way – time, or money, or both.
Today on “Style Cents,” we’re going to be showing you a few sites that offer great workouts for FREE. You just have to be motivated enough to give them a try and keep at it, and for me, “free” is complete motivation. For you, you may be better suited with the purchase of a gym membership so you’re more apt to go, but for those who want to save, are a little more disciplined, and want to plug in exercise in their crazy schedule, visit the sites below and choose one or more that work best for you.
If you have a FitBit, Jawbone or some other type of wearable tracking media, apps like My Fitness Pal and Lose It will help you keep with your resolution. Couch 2 5k has been a huge hit too for those who don’t think they could ever run, but are interested in giving it a try! And Facebook groups are always open to new members wanting a little more accountability in keeping their goals.
