TOP: Mine is from TJMaxx – $10 clearance. Very similar here; love this pricy option here. // SCARF: Mine is a faux Burberry option that I bought from a street vendor in Milan, Italy. It was an amazing college trip! Find here, but they’re cotton // RAIN BOOTS: Mine were purchased from a Zulilly auction. Discount here; designer here. // HAT: Here. // SUNGLASSES: Here.
Truly, this has been my favorite fall outfit combination so far. After wearing this ensemble to our church’s overnight women’s retreat, I have been longing for an excuse to wear it again. Not only do I feel confident in it, but it’s just simply comfortable and fun! One more reason I love fashion: It really can make you feel great when you’re wearing the right pieces. I’m a big advocate for knowing your personal body shape, and I choose to wear items that are flattering to my specific figure. I don’t always get it right, but for the most part I’ve learned how to hide my flaws and accentuate my best features.
This season, you can’t go wrong with hats! With the right subtle pieces, a hat can become the star of your ensemble. As for other star features, how about those sunglasses! Personally, I’m in love with them. They’re huge, obnoxious, and they are so my style! After all, who doesn’t love a brilliant bow?
As I’ve mentioned before, I do love Hunter boots; however, since I married a farmer, these boots are forced to be used in many different situations, if you catch my drift. Instead, I just opted for a more budget-friendly pair that I can clean up with a little soap, water, and Armor All wipes to prolong their glossy finish!
I’m in love with this look, but what do you think?
Styling you Spectacular,
XO – Talia
